Momona Restaurant is an outdoor restaurant located at the base of a mountain, offering a breathtaking view. During the COVID-19 period, sales suddenly increased, prompting the need for an app that allows users to book tables and order food in advance.
Problem
Momona Restaurant has faced multiple customer complaints regarding extended wait times for tables and meals. While they currently take reservations via phone calls, this method proves inconvenient and inefficient.
Goal
The main objective of developing this app is to minimize table and meal waiting durations, leading to quicker table turnover and serving more customers. This, in turn, boosts customer satisfaction and sales.
